On a night dedicated to honoring the press and the First Amendment, the women’s fashion at the White House Correspondents’ Dinner 2025 made its own statement. Shimmering fabrics, delicate sheers and designer pieces were seen on the event’s red carpet, which took place on Saturday at the Washington Hilton in Washington, D.C.

Here, WWD takes a closer look at the fashion moments from the event.

Rachel Scott

ABC’s Rachel Scott wore a strapless gown from Gattinolli by Marwan with a striking black and white design. The top portion of the dress featured an intricate embroidered in the center of the bodice, while the bottom was a flowing white skirt with a slit. The senior political correspondent completed her red carpet look with minimal accessories.

Juju Chang opted for a bold print, wearing a deep teal, one-shoulder gown by Ulla Johnson. Made of a patterned fabric, the dress featured a decorative shoulder detail on the single strap. The “Nightline” co-anchor accessorized with dangling earrings and a sparkly bracelet.
