The rules around lockdown in the UK may be (slowly) changing after nearly three months of social distancing and self-isolation but it doesn’t mean back to normal by a long shot. While socially distant barbecues are technically permitted, there are many of us (this writer included) who just don’t have access to outdoor grilling spaces.

But that doesn’t mean that we can’t join in the fun in our own way. We may not be able to recreate the summer BBQs of years gone by but we can throw open the windows and bring the flavours in. With that in mind we’ve pulled together some of our favourite recipes that can be made indoors without losing that chilling and grilling vibe.
